Kinah Ledger tracker patch notes
What changed in each version of the free Kinah Ledger tracker for Aion 2, newest first. Installed copies update by themselves; the tracker page says what it does and how to install it.
Latest: version 0.8.46 (October 26, 2026). 69 releases since October 20, 2026.
Version 0.8.46 Oct 26, 2026
The server pickers list servers A to Z, and Sealed Dungeons and Forts no longer count as expeditions.
- Servers A to Z. The first-run picker and Options › Server listed each region's servers in the game's pair order, which looked messy with the ten pairs added in 0.8.45 (2026-10-26). They now list Elyos servers A to Z, then Asmodian A to Z. Your saved server is unchanged.
- Sealed Dungeons and Forts count as nothing. They are open-world quest stops, but entering one was filed as an expedition run with 0 Kinah (nine of them on 2026-10-26). They no longer open a run or count as farming, and runs already saved in them are hidden from the Events tab, its averages and what is shared.

Version 0.8.45 Oct 26, 2026
Crafts on the in-game panel no longer look like rare drops, and the servers opened since launch are in the list.
- Crafting uses no grade colours. On the Card and the Ticker, a craft that worked had a blue edge and one that failed a gold-orange edge, which read like Legend and Unique drops (2026-10-26). A craft that worked now looks like any pickup, with a small white ✓ on its tile. One that failed has a red ✕, a faded tile, a red edge and its cost in red. The success bar is grey and red, and the CRAFT label is plain like RUN.
- Ten more server pairs. The pairs that opened after launch are now in the list: Tiamat/Indnath, Ishtar/Fafnir, Gauss/Agnita, Lamuatan/Atiel and Nathara/Tassin in Europe; Hithanya/Nemon in NA East; Fregion/Ereshkigal, Meslamtaeda/Beritra, Hithanya/Nemon and Nania/Hadala in Asia. If you play on one, pick it in Options › Server.

Version 0.8.44 Oct 26, 2026
The Card look waits quietly before the first count.
- No "0:00" and "0 session" on an idle Card. Before anything was counted, the Card showed a 0:00 clock and "0 session, after the Market's cut" (2026-10-26). Until the first pickup it now shows only "Waiting for the first count", like the Ticker since 0.8.43.

Version 0.8.43 Oct 26, 2026
A calmer Ticker that keeps your newest pickups and the session's top drop.
- No "to look at" line on the panel. The Ticker showed an orange "23 to look at" under an idle pill (2026-10-26), which read like an error. The in-game panel no longer shows the accuracy line in any look; the tracker window still lists what to look at. Turning on Options › Show accuracy details puts it back on the panel.
- The Ticker keeps the three newest pickups and your top drop. Pickups stay on the Ticker until a newer one pushes the oldest out, instead of fading after 6 seconds, so a quiet moment no longer leaves it empty. The fourth slot is the session's most valuable item, marked TOP DROP. A notice, such as the reader pausing, takes the oldest pickup's place.
- No "0:00 | 0" before anything is counted. Until the first pickup, the Ticker's pill says "Waiting for the first count".

Version 0.8.42 Oct 26, 2026
Rare drops show their price and can chime, a "That was wrong" shortcut, and a guide to place the panel.
- Rare drops tell you what they're worth. A Legend, Unique or Epic drop now shows its icon in its grade frame, the name in the grade's colour and "sells for 28K on Siel" (or "no price yet") on the Card and the Ticker for the 5-second hold. The Strip adds the price to its one-line alert. While you craft, the Card keeps your crafting figures and only its border lights up.
- A watch list and a chime. Options › In game › Rare drops has a watch list: items on it always alert, whatever their grade, and show a gold "watching" tag. Add them with the Add item… box or "Alert me when it drops" on an item card; items you already watched carry over. The chime has a switch, a volume slider and Play. Price alerts chime at the same volume.
- "That was wrong" shortcut. Pick a key in Options › In game, under the start/stop shortcut (it is off until you do). Press it in the game when a count looks wrong: the newest line counted in the last 2 minutes is marked and the last minute of reads is saved as a report, with the game kept in front. The panel says "Saved the last minute · Report in tracker" for 3 seconds, and the window marks the line with "Undo" for 30 seconds.
- Place the panel. After the first setup check, a guide opens over the game once: drag the panel, or snap it to Top centre, Under minimap or Left of target, then Enter to keep it or Esc to put it back. The Card and the Ticker each keep their own spot. Open it again from Options › In game › Place the panel… or the tray menu.

Version 0.8.41 Oct 26, 2026
The Ticker look stops erroring, the Card and Ticker show your crafting, and long recipe names are counted as their recipe.
- The Ticker look no longer throws "Specified Visual is already a child". Two pickups read in the same instant with the same name and amount made the Ticker add one toast twice (2026-10-26, 10:05). It now keeps one toast per pickup. Counting was never affected.
- Crafting shows on the Card and the Ticker. Until now those two looks only showed farming and event pickups, so a crafting session looked like nothing was recorded (2026-10-26). While the crafting window is open the panel switches to crafting by itself: the Card shows the recipe, time spent, crafts, failed, profit and "sells for", with the last three crafts as tiles marked ✓ or ✕; the Ticker shows the profit and counts in its pill, and each craft slides in as a toast. Every figure matches the window's Crafting tab. The Strip keeps its own crafting line.
- Long recipe names count as their recipe. The game's crafting panel cuts long names ("Splendent Orichalcum Longsword (Novic..."), and each cut name was filed as its own recipe with no icon, no price and 0 tries (2026-10-26, 10:12). The cut name is now matched to the recipe being crafted, so the tries, the upgrade rolls and the Splendent you won are credited to Orichalcum Longsword.
- Upgrades sit under their recipe in the Crafting tab. Each upgrade you made is an indented row under the base recipe, with how many were made, its icon, what it sells for and how much more it is worth than the items it replaced. The recipe's failed count is in its tooltip.

Version 0.8.40 Oct 26, 2026
Crafts, rewards and the Kinah counter counted right, and a panel that behaves like a game overlay.
- A craft queue is counted as crafts. Crafting 21 Wind Serums (2026-10-25, 20:25) showed 1 craft and 19 "unknown node" gathering attempts, because the panel's title read as nonsense and the panel vanished for a moment between crafts. The recipe line ("Wind Serum (Novice Lv. 10)") now proves you are crafting, crafting lasts through a short gap, and the same queue counts 15 crafts that worked, 4 that failed and no gathering. A garbled title is never taken for the recipe.
- Reward pictures keep what they read. An Amplify Stone Fragment x9 wrapped onto two chat lines (2026-10-25, 20:06) made the picture's slot "not read"; a chat count that was only guessed can no longer overrule a picture. Reward tables no longer read nameplates and health bars under the grid as extra slots (44 for 29 at 13:53), and two reads of an event screen that disagree on a digit leave that slot to look at instead of keeping the first (Abyss Points x340 for x320 at 18:06).
- Loot list names. A row reading "Accursed or" was named Accursed Bow from a doubtful icon (2026-10-25, 13:43); when the text clearly names an item, the text now wins. "Daeva Pass Shop Coin x2,OOO" reads as 2,000 (13:48).
- Pickups count when they land. A game window over the chat (the pet panel, a storage window) is no longer taken for a chat read, and the catch-up after unreadable reads closes within seconds, so a pickup is no longer dated up to 40 s early (157 Kina at 16:38 on 2026-10-25). Candy Key Fragment (Event) and Balaur's Essence are now known items.
- The Kinah counter is read again. From 0.8.26 to 0.8.39 the currency strip's Kinah figures were never read (seen in the 2026-10-25 logs), so Kina pickups went unchecked. The strip is now read one figure at a time and its first figure is no longer cut off, so Kina pickups are verified against the counter again; bound Kina and Kinah you spend no longer count as misses.
- The panel behaves like a game overlay. It shows while the game is in front and gets out of the way on alt-tab. New: lock it so clicks go through to the game (Move the panel is in the tray menu), and a panel size from 70 to 200%. The dot is red and the timer says RUN only during a run, and the shortcut confirms "Run started" / "Run stopped" without bringing the tracker over the game. Updates wait until you leave the game, and the first two minutes say "warming up" instead of a wild per-hour figure.
- Two new panel looks. Options › In game › Panel look offers Card (your hour, session and last three pickups as item tiles) and Ticker (a small pill with pickup toasts) beside the Strip, drawn at real size so you can compare them. A rare drop lights them in its grade colour.
- A calmer tracker window. Full view shrinks to fit a narrow screen, or shows Compact with a note. Clearing tables, Start over, removing or stopping a run happen at once with an Undo bar for 8 seconds instead of "Are you sure?". The start/stop shortcut can no longer be a key Windows or typing needs. Price alerts also show on the panel, since Windows holds back tray notices while a game is in front. Panel settings in Options show at once, Save keeps them and Cancel puts them back.
- A lighter reading pass. Looking for the crafting panel took about 116 ms of every pass on a 4K-wide screen; it now takes a few, so each pass is about a fifth shorter.

Pictures that come back.
- Item pictures. A row's picture that failed to download once stayed a letter until the tracker was restarted (Expert's gear in the Crafting table, 2026-10-25). A lettered tile now asks again a minute later, and a saved picture that won't load is fetched afresh.

Version 0.8.38 Oct 25, 2026
A won upgrade roll makes the upgrade.
- Crafting upgrades. When the 25% upgrade roll after a craft wins, the craft is now credited with the upgrade item (Artisan's Splendent Asvata Bow from Artisan's Asvata Bow), not the base item; the roll was counted before, but the output never changed. The loot list beside the character naming the upgrade right after a craft says the same, for a roll the panel reader missed. The upgrade landing in the loot list is the craft's output, not a drop.

Version 0.8.37 Oct 25, 2026
Two counting fixes from today's play.
- Crafting. The panel's title ("Crafting in Progress 1 / 4") read badly was being filed as a recipe, which put rows like "Crafting in Br.egress*40" in the Crafting table with no book entry and no price. The reader now knows the title however it comes back, and never takes a line with a mastery level for it. Start over on the Crafting card clears any such rows already there.
- A chat line counted twice. When the chat scrolled several lines in a few seconds and one read came back garbled, a clean pickup line could be counted again on the next read, with a nearby kill taken as its witness: Illusion Gloves showed twice, while the Order Gloves from the event cards were right. A line sitting under the same two lines a copy was counted under is that copy now, wherever the scroll put it.

Version 0.8.36 Oct 25, 2026
A window that stays quick as the session grows, and Enhance Stone never credited to a kill.
- Quick to click and drag. Once a farming session had rows in it, the window rebuilt every row and card twice a second, and clicks and drags waited behind that. Now the tables and cards only take new words when something changes, and dragging the window no longer fights its sizing. Counting is untouched.
- Enhance Stone. It comes from expedition reward screens, never from a kill, but the shipped loot tables listed it on 14 open-world enemies. Those entries are ignored now, so a stone can't be credited to an enemy that never dropped it.

Version 0.8.35 Oct 25, 2026
Giant Sparkie kept apart from Sparkie, and a Discord link.
- Enemies with similar names. The enemy table no longer folds one enemy into another with a similar name, such as Aullaeu Forest Giant Sparkie into Aullaeu Forest Sparkie. When two enemies of the area share a soul and neither is on your target bar, the kill shows under the soul's own name ("Sparkie") rather than going to the wrong one. The tracker still doesn't read a Giant Sparkie's target bar; that fix comes once we have a screenshot of it.
- Discord. A Discord link sits beside Report a miscount, on the About page and under Updates; post miscount zips in #bugs-and-feedback.

Version 0.8.34 Oct 25, 2026
No accuracy scores, and gathering counted right after using storage.
- No accuracy figures. The Farming page, the panel over the game and the Discord card no longer show an accuracy percentage or counts. When the game's own numbers disagree with something the tracker counted, you see "1 to look at", and the item opens with Report and Fine. To see the full details, turn on Options › Game reading › Show accuracy details.
- Gathering right after storage. A gather straight after you'd used storage or the bag could be taken for an inventory move and left out; the gathering panel's own result now always counts.
- No phantom x1. When a chat line was read cut short ("Acquired Kukuru" with its count missing), it could be counted again as a new x1. It's now matched to the line it came from, and a count is corrected only when it's read clearly twice.

Version 0.8.33 Oct 25, 2026
A new Events page, a light look that works, and runs counted more accurately.
- Events page. One card per place, in the window's own look: the place you're running opens with what just happened and where the run stands, then four figures with labels (an hour, a run, how long a run takes, how many are counted and why the rest aren't), your runs as a table with column names, and the loot as an inventory row. A run left out of the figures says why in its row and opens the fix under it.
- No more phantom runs. Your bag, or another window, is never read as a reward screen ("run 23 paid 0" was your bag after leaving the dungeon). Runs start and end where you really enter and leave, so there are no 16-minute runs, and a run you leave before it starts isn't kept. Phantom runs already in your list show as "Not a run" and leave your figures.
- Expedition Kinah is the reward screen's. Achievement rewards picked up after a run no longer add to it: an Urugugu Canyon run shows its 600,000.
- Gear twins named. Elyos and Asmodian pieces that share one icon are named by your server's faction instead of "unknown gear".
- Event cards checked against the chat. A count the chat clearly contradicts is marked not read instead of counted.
- Accuracy you can read. The Accuracy chip says "Nothing looked wrong" when nothing was, and shows a number only when something needs a look.
- A calmer Farming page. One main rate, the session total labelled, and Accuracy as a small chip that opens the details.
- Light look. Buttons, dropdowns, headings, badges and chips are readable in Daylight, and every figure uses one format.
- Messages stay. "Saved", "Split into 5 runs" and the like stay on screen for a few seconds.
- Housekeeping. The tracker's folder stays a sensible size (crafting pictures capped, old pictures and reports pruned), and its reading log keeps its history instead of starting over.

Crafting fixes.
- A great success no longer files your craft under a made-up recipe. On some great successes the crafting panel's close button was read with the recipe's name ("Fine Durable Balaur Horn (Professional Lv. 30) X"), which made a row with no prices. Those crafts now count under the real recipe.
- The crafting feed shows a figure for every craft it can price. When one of a recipe's materials has no price yet, the line shows the most it could have made in grey ("≤ +38K"), the same way the This session table does, instead of a blank.
- "1 material has no price yet" reads right.

Version 0.8.31 Oct 25, 2026
Updates are checked every hour, and you choose when to install.
- The tracker now looks for a new version every hour instead of every six hours.
- When one is out, a window asks if you want to install it now. Yes installs it and the tracker opens again on the new version; No leaves it for later, and with automatic updates on (the default) it still installs by itself when you close the tracker.
- It never asks in the middle of a farming run: it waits until you stop the run. It asks once per version each time the tracker starts.
- No is the default answer, so a key pressed for the game can't restart the tracker by accident.

See what was just counted, and how sure it is.
- Every tab now opens on the last five things the tracker counted, with the rate beside them. If a line is wrong or missing, tap it to report it with one click.
- A new card says how much of your session the game's own numbers confirmed, and lists anything it was unsure about.
- Shugo Festival reward cards that were only partly on screen now count what was seen, say "Partly read", and still reach your profile.
- Every gathering attempt counts, named by the node you were on, including mining and cooking; a gather the tracker did not watch is counted from its result.
- A chat line that scrolls back into view is no longer counted twice.
- Gear counts that an older build inflated are repaired on your PC and corrected on the site.
- Help improve counting: confirmed reads are shared as small data records so counting gets better for everyone. On by default, named in Options, one click to turn off. No chat text and no player names ever leave your PC.
- The Events card lists runs as time, length, Kinah and pieces; a record that looks like several runs merged can be split, kept or removed.

Version 0.8.29 Oct 24, 2026
Cleaner Farming and Events screens.
- Farming shows one rate, with Kinah and loot under it, three figures that say what they count, and one drops table with materials grouped once instead of labelled on every row.
- The Events card lists each run as time, length, Kinah and pieces. A record that looks like several runs merged, or whose Kinah was never read, is flagged in three words and left out of the averages. Items sit in three groups: materials with their value, bound gear, and not read.
- The craft card shows one upgrade chance, the one the profit uses.
- The Crafting tab no longer shows an empty table before your first craft.
- All zones, the in-game shortcut and clearing the tables moved into the card's menu.

Version 0.8.28 Oct 24, 2026
Counting is more careful, and Shugo event rewards count.
- Kina lines are checked against your Kinah counter. A line the counter did not rise for (read twice, or pushed up by a scroll) is not counted again; a rise with no line is counted once.
- Loot-list rows are tracked by where they are in the list and their icon, not by their text, so a row that moves up or scrolls its long name is one pickup.
- Your own title, nameplates and zone text over the loot list are no longer mistaken for rows.
- Garbled item names are matched against what can drop where you are, and a read that fits nothing nearby is left out rather than guessed. Lost quantities are recovered from the loot list before "1" is assumed.
- Shugo Festival reward cards are read from the picture and filed as the run's rewards, Abyss Points included. Only Hidden Lugi has been seen so far; other events keep their pictures until their layout is known.
- A run whose rewards could not be read is kept, not dropped, and can be recovered later from its saved pictures.
- In reward tables, gear counts one piece; a Daeva Pass reward screen no longer opens a false run; very old or merged run records are flagged and left out of averages.
- The counting delay after a pickup is shorter, and the tracker logs where its time goes once a minute.

Version 0.8.26 Oct 24, 2026
Gathering counts, late pickups count, and crafting knows what you farmed.
- Gathering is counted from the gathering bar. The bar sits higher on screen than the crafting panel and the tracker was looking in the wrong place, so a gather with a busy chat was often lost. Each gather now counts on its own Success, chat or no chat, and two gathers of the same herb in a row are two.
- A pickup whose chat line arrives late is counted once, not dropped. This also fixes Kinah pickups that went missing when chat was busy.
- For a minute after an event or expedition reward screen, the rewards in chat are rewards, never farming or gathering.
- Crafting: tick "I have these" on a material you farmed, gathered or already own and it costs nothing; the recipe card then says what selling those materials instead would bring, and which way wins.
- A material with no price no longer blanks a recipe's cost and profit: you see "at least" and "up to" with the known part, and the totals say how many materials are unpriced.
- NPC shop prices for every vendor-sold crafting material come with the tracker. Type your own in the slot if one is off.
- Item names are matched against what the loot list could show in that place, and garbled reads outside that table are refused rather than guessed.

Crafts count what the recipe you used makes.
- Recipes that come in two sizes (Orichalcum Ingot ×1 and ×10, the powders ×3 and ×30, and others) are told apart by the level the crafting panel shows, so ten Ingots a craft count as ten.
- When the panel doesn't show which recipe it is, Crafting says "made ?" instead of guessing.

Dungeon Kinah read right, crafting only from the crafting bars.
- Expedition reward tables are read whole: every slot and count, the coin included, even when the table closes a second after it opens. The 600.0K coin counts as Kinah, at the exact amount your Kinah counter rose by.
- A run whose coin or table couldn't be read says "Kinah not read" and is left out of the runs, per hour, per run and total, instead of counting as 0.
- Crafting counts only crafts whose Success or Fail bar you saw finish, and what each makes. Drops, loot list rows and chat lines never land in Crafting, and the loot list isn't read while the crafting window is up.
- Pickups while you craft go where they belong, never under Crafting.
- A screen that only looks like a reward table can no longer start or split a run.

A cleaner Crafting tab.
- Your own crafts come first again. Best crafts today sits under them, folded to the top three, with "Show all" when you want the rest.

Expedition rewards come from the loot table on screen.
- An expedition's rewards are now read from its loot table on screen, never from chat: every slot and its count, bound items and currencies too, all shown on the run and sent with it when sharing is on (the site keeps the ones on its item list).
- Anything the tracker can't name shows as "Unknown item" with its count, instead of a guess. The picture of each reward table is kept for 7 days so it can be checked.
- The table is read again until it has settled, so a table still fading in no longer gives wrong items.
- Gear for other classes and look-alike items are told apart by grade and by the table's own sets (Divine Canyon among Divine Canyon pieces).
- A Transcendence is its own kind of run, also counted from its loot table.
- Events still show "rewards not read" until their reward screen can be read.

Version 0.8.20 Oct 23, 2026
Back-to-back expedition runs are saved as separate runs.
- Running the same expedition again and again (Urugugu Canyon five times in a row) is now saved as one run per clear, each with its own time, Kinah and items. Before, going back to the village and starting again carried on the same run, so five clears showed as one 37-minute run.
- A run ends once its reward screen is read and you move on to the next area; reward lines that print a few seconds late still go to the run they belong to.
- A second reward screen always starts a new run, and an empty read of the reward screen changes nothing.
Runs saved before this version are not changed.

What your expeditions made, per run and in total.
- Expeditions and events now show a TOTAL column beside PER RUN: everything made in that place over the runs shown (Kinah plus loot you can sell, at the lowest Market price after the Market's cut; bound gear isn't counted).
- The top line says what all your runs made together.
- Click a place to see each run: when it started, how long it took and what it made, above its drops. A run whose reward screen wasn't read says so instead of guessing.

Reward screens are kept, and event rewards come only from the reward screen.
- The tracker keeps the picture of each expedition and event reward screen for 7 days, so wrong counts can be checked and fixed. Shop and trade screens are the first to be cleared when the folder gets big.
- Event rewards now come only from the reward screen. Until that screen can be read, an event shows "rewards not read" instead of a guess from chat. Its Kinah and kills still count.

Version 0.8.17 Oct 23, 2026
Logging off starts fresh, and fewer pickups counted twice.
- Going to the character screen, even to come back on the same character, saves the run so far and starts counting fresh, the same as switching characters.
- When the chat garbles and then settles, a pickup the tracker had just counted is no longer counted a second time.

Version 0.8.16 Oct 23, 2026
The tracker knows which event you're in, and an event's rewards stay with that event.
- The tracker keeps one clear "what you're doing now": farming in a zone, an event and the event family it belongs to, an expedition, a world boss, crafting, the Market, a reward screen, or idle.
- Events are recognised from three things at once: the minimap, the chat's "joined event" line and the event's own NPC lines, plus the event header under the minimap. Each run is named with its event and its family.
- An event's rewards that print just after you leave stay with that event, and a kill or loose Kina after it closes the run, so your farming doesn't get the event's loot and the event doesn't get your farming.
- Leaving an event and coming straight back starts a new run, and a run paused for a few minutes ends where it was.

Version 0.8.16 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.8.15 Oct 23, 2026
Honest prices, and rewards that print with a payout stay rewards.
- Prices are honest now: your own Market read, or a price you type (click any price on a card), beats the site's. A price from a single listing is shown dimmed and left out of totals and profit, and every price says where it's from and how old it is.
- The Crafting column that read 330K for the Orichalcum Longsword was the cost of one try's materials. It is labelled COST / TRY now, and the Market is read for your own prices even with sharing off.
- A reward line the chat wraps in two ("Acquired Artisan's Ultimate Refining Stone" / "(Bound) x2.") counts as one reward of 2, not a drop.
- An item printed with a bound Kina payout (a quest, a pass or a claim) is the payout's reward, not a drop, and a reward no longer keeps the next kill's drop out.

Version 0.8.14 Oct 23, 2026
Crafting counts each craft as it finishes again.
- The crafting panel is recognised even when its title is misread ("Grafting in Progress"). Each craft counts when its bar finishes, not only once the whole batch is done, so a batch of ten or more no longer depends on the chat.

Version 0.8.14 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.8.13 Oct 23, 2026
A check on every pickup, fewer missed kills, fewer double counts.
- Every pickup is checked before it counts. Out in the world, an item counts as a drop only when a kill or a gather happened within a few seconds of it. Claims, mail, reward cubes, storage, Quick Register and quest items no longer land in your drops.
- Skins unlocked in the wardrobe ("Dawn Frost (Gloves) Skin acquired") are not drops, and neither is a skin from a skin box.
- Stacks no enemy drops (Enhance Stone x446, Oath Coin x680) are rewards, not drops.
- Kina never shows as an item in Drops from kills. It counts only in Kinah per hour.
- Soul Crystals from a quest ("Protect the Odyle Collector completed") are not counted with Soul Crystals from kills, so the per hour stays right.
- Kills are counted more completely. A new Kina line that looked like the last one ("285 Kina" after "286 Kina") is no longer taken for it, and a kill quest's counter ("Defeat ... (21/25)") now helps count kills whose loot line was lost.
- Fewer lines are counted twice when the chat garbles and then settles.
- Event rewards are no longer lost when the chat fades right after showing them, and a reward line the chat wraps in two ("(Bound) x2") keeps its count.
- Closing the game, or logging in on another character, saves the run so far and starts counting fresh.

Version 0.8.13 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.8.12 Oct 23, 2026
Gathering counted once, rewards kept out of your drops, rare drops protected.
- Gathering counts each gather once. The tracker no longer takes the gathering panel at the bottom of the screen for a pickup, and an item the game upgrades as you gather (Orichalcum Ore turning into Fine Orichalcum Ore) counts as one item, the one you got. A gather you stop or that fails counts nothing.
- Loot beside your character counts only when the chat names it too. If the chat misses a gather, it still counts when the gathering bar finished on Success.
- Rewards from achievements, boxes, chests and quests no longer show up as drops. Expedition and event chests still count for that run.
- An event's rewards that appear a few seconds after the game moves you out now count for that event, even when the chat shows them all at once.
- Legend, Unique and Epic drops and world boss gear always count, also during a world boss fight. Each one is read twice to make sure of its name, and a small picture of the line it came from is kept on this PC (the proof folder beside your logs).
- Farming and gathering at the same time shows one steady set of numbers: Kinah per hour, total per hour, kills per hour and attempts per hour.
- Clear, This session and Earlier are buttons now, easier to find on the Farming and Events pages.
- With sharing on, a few numbers about how well reading went (no chat, no names) go with your shared runs, so future versions can be checked against this one.

Version 0.8.10 Oct 23, 2026
World boss loot on the site.
- With sharing on, what you pick up when a world boss goes down (Saursus, Bloodfang, Pnyn, Kutar) is shared as that boss's loot. The site shows each boss's loot table, rarest first, in its own World bosses section on the Zones page. It never counts toward Kinah per hour, farming averages or events.
- Bound Kinah from an expedition's or Transcendence's end reward now counts toward that run's Kinah.
- Opening an Odyle Energy Cube is no longer taken for crafting, so what it gives stays loot.

Version 0.8.9 Oct 22, 2026
Boss loot chests.
- A boss's loot chest shows its loot table beside your character; for a minute after one arrives, those rows count only when the chat says the item is yours.
- Pnyn and Kutar are known world bosses.

Version 0.8.9 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.8.8 Oct 22, 2026
World bosses.
- When a world boss is on the top enemy bar, nothing counts toward farming until it dies: the adds dying around it, their Kinah and their drops are set aside, so Kinah/hr and kills stay honest.
- When the boss dies, what you pick up in the next 30 seconds is its loot: a run of its own on the Events tab, never part of farming.
- Other players' shares of a Force's loot ("Name acquired … through Force distribution") are never yours, and never a kill.
- While a Force hands out loot, the panel beside your character shows the boss's loot table; those rows count only when the chat says the item is yours.
- Your own share ("Acquired … through Force distribution") is now read as the item.

Restart to update from Options.
- Once a new version has downloaded, Options › Updates shows a Restart now button next to Check now. It installs the update right away, the same as the button on the banner. If you're in the middle of a run, it asks first and saves the run before restarting.

Version 0.8.7 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.8.6 Oct 22, 2026
Crafts counted from the crafting panel, live.
- Each craft is counted the moment its Success or Fail bar finishes on the crafting panel, under the recipe the panel shows, even when a queue of crafts runs with the chat hidden.
- A combo upgrade roll on the blue panel counts as the upgrade of the craft before it ("combo upgraded n of m" on the Crafting page).
- While you craft, and for 15 seconds after, what the loot list shows is what your crafts made, never a drop from kills.

Version 0.8.6 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.8.5 Oct 22, 2026
What each event and expedition dropped for you.
- Click an expedition or event on the Events tab to see everything it dropped across your runs, rarest first, with the most common marked and how many runs each came in.
- Gear from events and expeditions is bound to your character, so it no longer counts toward a run's value. Only the Kinah and the materials you can sell do.
- The crafting window is noted in the log when it opens and closes, so a craft counted wrong can be checked.

Version 0.8.5 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.8.4 Oct 22, 2026
Crafts stay out of your drops, and every chat line is read three times.
- Crafting: while the crafting window is open, and for a minute after it was last seen, what the loot list beside your character shows is your crafts, never Drops from kills. A long queue whose results arrive after the chat is hidden is counted as crafts too.
- Each new chat line is read up to three times before it counts, and the reading most of them agree on wins. A Kinah amount read as "Kipa" or "46&" is counted right, and a line read twice is counted once. Two pickups a digit apart stay two pickups.
- A new accuracy line under the tables shows how well the count agrees with the game: the Kinah counter at the top of the screen, the kill counter of a quest you are on, and what the loot list caught that the chat missed. It turns orange when a check is more than a tenth off.

Version 0.8.4 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.8.3 Oct 22, 2026
Kills go to the enemy you actually killed.
- Kinah by enemy reads the nameplates around your character: an enemy in a fight shows its name with a red health bar. When an enemy's bar disappears as its loot lands, the kill is that enemy's. Group fights and enemies that drop no soul are credited correctly, and a soul named for a beast (like "Slink") no longer turns a mercenary kill into a Slink.
- Fixed in 0.8.2: the loot list's Kinah row read without its amount ("Kina x1") was counted as an item called Kina. It is never counted now.

Version 0.8.3 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.8.2 Oct 22, 2026
Expedition and event rewards counted from the reward table.
- At the end of an expedition or event, the reward table ("Obtained Items") is read slot by slot: each item is named from its icon and its count is read, and they go into that run on the Events tab. Kinah in the table counts as the run's Kinah, checked against your Kinah counter.
- Currencies and reward items that weren't on the item list now count: Kinah, Enhance Stone, Phantasmal Fragment, Abyss Points, Soul Codex, Silentium, Odyle Energy, and the shop and festival coins.
- Inside an expedition or event, loot belongs to the run only. It no longer shows as drops from kills, in Kinah by enemy, or in the site's farming numbers.
- A reward that arrives in the chat all at once after it faded is counted, and a level-up popup during an event no longer sets the run's loot aside.
- Every Shugo Festival game counts as "Shugo Festival" and every Dimensional Invasion as "Dimensional Invasion". An expedition's areas count as one run under the expedition's name.

Version 0.8.2 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.8.1 Oct 22, 2026
Counting keeps going with a window over the game.
- With the game read from its own window (new in 0.8.0), another window over the game, such as a browser or a chat app, no longer pauses counting. If the game is minimized, counting pauses as before.
- The panel over the game no longer blinks when the zone is read.
Installed copies update by themselves in the background. Settings and history are kept.
Version 0.8.1 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.8.0 Oct 22, 2026
An installer, steadier counting, and the game read even with a window over it.
Install it
- Download KinahLedger-Setup.exe and run it. It installs for your Windows user only (no administrator rights), adds Start menu and desktop shortcuts, and shows up in Windows Settings › Apps for a clean uninstall. Your settings and history are kept.
- Already on 0.7.x? This version arrives as usual, then offers to install itself. The old exe is removed once the installed one is running.
- Updates are small now: only what changed is downloaded, in the background, and applied when you close the tracker.
- Zones, events, enemies, loot tables and skins refresh between releases, so a new event zone works the same day.
- Windows may say "Windows protected your PC" the first time, because releases aren't code-signed yet. Choose More info › Run anyway.
Counting
- Kills come from all the evidence that agrees: the chat, the loot list beside your character and the Soul lines. One missing piece no longer loses a kill, and two pieces no longer count it twice.
- The game's Kinah counter checks the count; a pickup the chat missed is caught there.
- About three reads a second during fights.
- The game window is read directly, so a browser or pop-up over the chat is never read as loot.
- Inside an expedition or event, its loot belongs to the run; an expedition's areas count as one run under its name.
New
- Check the setup (Options › Game reading, and after the first-run screen): a step-by-step check that the chat, the loot list and the HP bar read, with what to change when one doesn't.
- Rare drop alerts: blue, gold and purple drops, and anything you mark Watch on its drop card, chime and light the in-game panel.
- Clear on Farming and Events, and a confirm before Crafting's Start over.
- Prices from 100,000 up read 680K and 1.68M, so they fit their columns.
- If English text recognition is missing from Windows, the tracker offers to add it.
Version 0.8.0 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.7.7 Oct 22, 2026
Kinah Ledger tracker 0.7.7. Trackers on 0.7.2 and later update by themselves; otherwise download KinahLedger.exe and run it.
More reliable kill counts
- Every kill's Soul Points line names the enemy that died. Kinah by enemy now credits each kill to that enemy, so several enemies fought at once all show, even when the HP bar is misread.
- Kills come from the evidence that agrees on them: a kill's Kinah, its Soul Points line and a Defeated line count as one kill, and a kill still counts when one of them is lost.
- The loot list beside your character checks the chat: an amount the chat misread by one digit is the same pickup, and a Kinah line the chat read twice counts once when the list showed it once.
- The loot list is read at the same time as the chat, so fast fights are read more often.
- A HP bar name cut short is its one enemy ("Drana Processing Mainte").
In the window
- Expeditions and events have their own tab and never show on the Farming page.
Settings, history and logs are kept.
Version 0.7.7 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.7.6 Oct 21, 2026
Kinah Ledger tracker 0.7.6. Trackers on 0.7.2 and later update by themselves; otherwise download KinahLedger.exe and run it.
- The panel over the game shows what you pick in Options › In game: timer, total per hour, Kinah per hour, loot per hour, session total, your best here, last pickup. Every figure is the window's own, so the two always agree.
- Your best hour in each zone, per server: the run card says "Your best here", or "Best here yet" when this stay beats it. A stay counts once it has ten minutes in the zone.
- Copy for Discord: one click puts a picture of the count (zone, per hour, top drops) on the clipboard for Ctrl+V. A copy is saved in the cards folder.
- Summary first: the session total, how it adds up and the three best drops sit right under the run card. Empty tables are hidden, and each one appears and opens when its first loot lands.
- Compact and Full view (the button beside Options). Compact, the default, is one column: the run card, the session total and every table at its top three rows. Full view doubles the width: the summary with your top drops and the recent pickups on the left, the tables at six rows on the right.
- The window is never taller than your screen: past that, the tables scroll. Loot from other zones is one line instead of a header per table.
- Game notices at the top of the screen ("Title acquired", "Quest completed") are no longer mistaken for the enemy on the target bar, and the "not on the enemy list" note clears after 30 seconds.
- No more Open world / Gathering picker: which one you're doing is read from the chat. The button is now Start run.
- Plain rows: how a pickup or drop was read ("recovered", "guessed", "loot list", "not on any table") moved into the hover text. A ⓘ marks rows that have more to say.
- Prices: an item nobody has listed on your server yet takes the middle price of the other servers in your region and faction, marked ≈.
- New installs keep counting in the tray when the window is closed or minimized. Existing settings are kept.
- Crafting's cost column reads COST, so it fits.
Settings, history and logs are kept.
Version 0.7.6 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.7.5 Oct 21, 2026
Kinah Ledger tracker 0.7.5. Trackers on 0.7.2 and later update by themselves; otherwise download KinahLedger.exe and run it.
- Loot tables for every enemy MetaBot.GG lists (1,139 with drops). Every enemy under Kinah by enemy opens to its drop pool, the drop card lists the enemies in your zone that drop the item, and odds count only kills of enemies that can drop it.
- Skins count: 1,626 skins from MetaBot.GG. The chat's "Dawn Frost (Cloak) Skin" is the skin "Dawn Frost (Skin: Cloak)".
- An empty section in the per-zone view says what came in other zones, so loot never looks lost after a zone change.
Settings, history and logs are kept.
Version 0.7.5 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.7.4 Oct 21, 2026
Kinah Ledger tracker 0.7.4. Download KinahLedger.exe and run it; nothing to install.
- A new logo: the gold K, on the exe, the window, the taskbar and the tray.
- First run asks about sharing up front: one switch, on by default, with What's shared and Privacy beside it. Options › Sharing still changes it any time.
- What's shared now also lists the Market prices the tracker sends while the Market is open.
- Properties on the exe shows the version and a copyright line.
Settings, history and logs are kept. Trackers on 0.7.2 and 0.7.3 update by themselves.
Version 0.7.4 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.7.3 Oct 21, 2026
Kinah Ledger tracker 0.7.3. If you have 0.7.2, it updates itself; otherwise download KinahLedger.exe and run it.
Fewer missed drops
- The whole chat width is read, and lines the game wraps are joined, so long item names (green and blue gear) count.
- A chat read that can't be lined up with the last one no longer counts nothing: the loot lines after the last line both reads share are counted.
- The loot list beside your character is read every pass and backs up the chat. An item the chat missed counts from the list, tagged "loot list".
- A partly hidden or garbled item name counts as its closest item when only one fits, tagged "guessed". Stray accents and marks no longer stop a drop from counting.
In the window
- Recent pickups: the last six pickups and how each was read (chat, recovered, loot list, guessed).
- Click a drop for its card: this run, the Market price, the site's figures for your zone, and the listed drop chances of the enemies there.
- Click an enemy under Kinah by enemy to see its drops; click again to close.
- "Looks wrong?" on a drop keeps it out of what goes to the site.
- Empty sections stay folded until something lands, and say what came in other zones.
Zones
- Timed events count as their own areas: the Shugo Festival games, the Dimensional Invasions, Spacetime Rift, Artifact Siege, and the arenas.
Version 0.7.3 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.7.2 Oct 21, 2026
Kinah Ledger tracker 0.7.2. Download KinahLedger.exe and run it; nothing to install.
Farming
- New look, with Farming and Crafting as two parts of the window.
- Per-zone tables: they start over when you change zone ("All zones" keeps them going). What goes to the site is split by zone, items included.
- Kinah by enemy (a best guess): reads the target bar and credits Kinah, drops and Soul Crystals to the enemy you were fighting, with its picture (from MetaBot.GG). Only enemies on the game's list count.
- Quest rewards, Daeva Pass and shop rewards, purchases and Market settlement payouts never count as farmed Kinah or drops.
- Crafted items never count as drops.
Crafting
- Each recipe: tries, success rate, what came out, the cost of a try at Market prices, what it sells for, and the profit or loss. Recipes from MetaBot.GG.
The app
- Options window: server, sharing, game reading, shortcut, the panel over the game (with opacity), updates. The ledger never moves for settings.
- Start with Windows and open when Aion 2 starts (optional). One tracker at a time.
- Updates itself from these GitHub releases: checked at start and every few hours, verified against the checksum below, installed when you close it (or Restart now).
Upgrading from 0.6.x: download this once; from 0.7.2 on, updates come by themselves. Settings, history and logs are kept.
Version 0.7.2 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.6.5 Oct 20, 2026
Drops reach the site under their real item ids. The tracker now fetches the site's item list (the id, name, grade and icon of every item in the game's dictionary, about 850 KB) once per start when it has changed, keeps it under %LocalAppData%\KinahLedger\items.json, and merges it while running. Drops are shared keyed by their real item id, so the site can show names and icons; a name the list doesn't hold is shared by name. Nothing about you goes up in that request, and offline the saved copy is used.
Zones the tracker isn't sure of stay on your PC. A zone label that is neither a known name nor carries a place word (Valley, Ruins, ...) still shows in your window after two matching reads, but what is shared files that time under "Unknown zone". The zone blocklist also gains browser and app words (Copilot, Discord, Enter your message, ...).
Everything else is as in 0.6.4. Download KinahLedger.exe, run it. Windows 10 (1903) or later. Unofficial, nothing touches the game.
Version 0.6.5 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.6.4 Oct 20, 2026
Zone names are harder to fool. A zone label the tracker has never seen (not in its list and without a place word such as Valley or Ruins) now has to be read twice in a row before it counts; a stray read keeps the last zone. Browser words such as "Ask Gemini" can no longer be filed as a zone.
Everything else is as in 0.6.3: reading only the parts of the game nothing covers, one button to link this PC to your profile, always-on counting with Start farming for timed runs.
Download KinahLedger.exe, run it. Windows 10 (1903) or later. Unofficial, nothing touches the game.
Version 0.6.4 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.6.3 Oct 20, 2026
One button links this PC to your profile. Open Settings in the tracker and press Link to my profile on the site. It opens kinahledger.com with this PC's link code already attached; sign in with Discord if asked, and the tracker is linked. Nothing to copy or type. The code and its copy link stay next to the button as a fallback.
Runs still enter the public tables anonymously either way; a profile only adds your own view of them.
Download KinahLedger.exe, run it. Windows 10 (1903) or later. Unofficial, nothing touches the game.
Version 0.6.3 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.6.2 Oct 20, 2026
Reads only the game, never what's on top of it.
The tracker reads the screen, so until now a window sitting over the game (a browser, a chat app, the tracker's own window) was read as if it were the game. Text from other programs could be counted, and a zone could be taken from a browser button over the minimap.
0.6.2 checks what is in front of each part of the game before reading it:
- While anything covers the chat, or the game is minimized, reading pauses. The status line says which program is in the way ("Paused: chrome covers the chat").
- Paused time doesn't count toward Kinah/hr, kills/hr or any other rate, and lines that arrived while the chat was hidden aren't counted afterwards.
- The minimap and the Market are checked the same way. Click-through overlays don't count as covering.
- Detect now, Test read and Start say what is in the way instead of reading it.
- New command
KinahLedger.exe in-viewlists which parts of the game can be read right now.
Nothing else changed: same window, same settings, same sharing switch.
Version 0.6.2 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.6.1 Oct 20, 2026
Always on. The chat is read whenever the game is open. Drops, gathers and Soul Crystals are counted all the time and shared anonymously in 15-minute chunks. Start farming times a run on top of that: the window shows the run, Stop saves it to your history and shares it.
A window that fits. 560 px wide, no scrolling: run bar, four tiles, one table at a time behind Drops / Gathered / Pets tabs. Server, sharing, chat and zone, Market and look live behind Settings.
Server first. On first run you pick region, faction and server before anything else, plus a look: Night, Abyss or Daylight. Change any of it under Settings.
Market prices share automatically under the one Share switch. The reader now understands the Market's main board (Grade, Item, Sales List, Lowest Sale Price).
Counting fixes. "Nodes" is now "Attempts". A loot line that repeats after the chat faded is counted; a few recognizer slips ("acquiréd.i", "acquirea", "Acquiredn521 Kina") read correctly; a stray mark after "Soul Crystals" no longer turns a crystal into a drop. A share that fails now says why.
Download KinahLedger.exe, run it, pick your server, press Start farming. Windows 10 (1903) or 11. Unofficial, nothing touches the game.
Version 0.6.1 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.6.0 Oct 20, 2026
Sharing is live. Finished runs of five minutes or more now go to kinahledger.com by default (totals only, anonymous), and Market listings the tracker sees are shared as anonymous asks. Turn either off in the window; nothing is sent while a run is under five minutes or the site is unreachable.
Market prices. With the window and the game open, the tracker reads Market listings off the screen the same way it reads the chat. Start tracking is for farming only.
Frameless chat. The chat is found from its own lines when there is no input box, and a faded chat no longer loses the next loot line.
Screen only. The old packet-capture code and its network library are gone. The tracker reads pixels from the chat, the minimap title and the Market, nothing else.
Also: a server picker shown first, item icons in the window, tier names as the game spells them (Rare green, Legend blue, Unique yellow, Epic violet), and the compact window and profile link code from 0.5.3.
Download KinahLedger.exe, run it, press Start. Windows 10 (1903) or 11. Unofficial, nothing touches the game.
Version 0.6.0 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.5.3 Oct 20, 2026
Smaller window. Once the chat and the zone have been found (Detect now, or just Start), the window shrinks to what you use while playing: the mode picker, the live tiles and the tables. Steps 1 and 2 sit behind a Settings button in the header and come back with one click. If detection ever fails, the setup opens again on its own.
Profile link code. Under *Share runs anonymously* the window shows a short code. Paste it into your profile on the site to see your own runs there. Without it, nothing changes: runs stay anonymous.
Also: the options row no longer clips, and zone names wrap instead of being cut off.
Download KinahLedger.exe, run it, press Start. Windows 10 1903 or later. Unofficial, nothing touches the game.
Version 0.5.3 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.5.2 Oct 20, 2026
Pets mode. Pick Pets to count Soul Crystals by zone: drops and per hour only, no drop %, with the best zone called out. Soul Points and Soul Crystals never count as drops in any mode.
Gathering by skill. Mining, logging, essence extraction, herbs and cooking ingredients each get their own section with their own nodes, failed attempts, Plentiful rate and per-node rates.
Tier colours. Item names show in the game's colours: Rare green, Epic blue, Unique yellow.
Coloured lines read better. Chat captures are boosted before recognition so green, blue and yellow item lines read as reliably as white ones.
Runs now record minutes, kills, Kinah and crystals per zone, so the site can rank the best spot per hour.
Download KinahLedger.exe, run it, press Start. Windows 10 1903 or later. Unofficial, nothing touches the game.
Version 0.5.2 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.5.1 Oct 20, 2026
Fixes from the first run of automatic detection.
- The live preview is the whole game with the detected chat (blue) and the minimap strip (gold) outlined, so you can see at a glance whether it found the right places. Refreshed every couple of seconds while tracking; Detect now and Test read show it too.
- The panel no longer covers the minimap. It opened in the top-right, over the zone title it was trying to read. It now opens top-centre, and remembers wherever you drag it.
- Clear message when the UI is hidden. If the chat isn't on screen (UI hidden, a full-screen panel open, mid-craft), detection says so instead of failing quietly.
- Re-finds the chat by itself. In automatic mode, a stretch of empty reads triggers a fresh search, so toggling the UI or moving the chat doesn't silently stop a session.
- Zone hint wraps inside its column.

Version 0.5.0 Oct 20, 2026
No more dragging a box: the tracker finds the chat and the zone itself.
- Automatic chat detection. Press Start and the tracker finds the game window, reads the bottom-left corner, locates the chat from the "Enter your message" input box and the channel tab, and sizes the reading area to twelve lines above it. Detect now shows what it found before you start.
- Zone from the minimap. The name above the minimap at the top-right is read when you start and every 10 seconds after. It shows in the window and the panel, and each saved run is tagged with the zone most of it happened in. Known names snap exactly; other labels are taken as read.
- Choose the chat is the fallback. If the chat can't be found (unusual UI layout, game not visible), drag a box yourself as before. The zone may not be detected in that case. Reset chat area goes back to automatic.
- Setup is now one step less: play in borderless or windowed mode with the chat open at the bottom-left, press Start.
Everything from 0.4.x stays: open world and gathering modes, Drop % per kill from Kinah pickups, nodes and Plentiful procs for gathering, rewards and Soul Points kept out of the drop tables, run history in %LOCALAPPDATA%\KinahLedger.
Version 0.5.0 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.4.5 Oct 20, 2026
Gathering details from real chat lines.
- Failed gathers count as nodes.
Essence Extraction failedis a node attempt with no yield, so per-node rates reflect what an attempt is really worth. The summary shows how many failed. - Plentiful procs. A gathered line with
x2orx3is a Plentiful proc; the summary shows the proc rate. - Higher-tier procs count.
Acquired Fine Odyle x2.is written verb-first like a reward, so the reward rule changed: only verb-first lines marked (Bound) are rewards and skipped. Everything else you pick up counts, whichever way the game writes it. - Fixed the "Only the invariant culture is supported" message from 0.4.3 (0.4.4).
Setup is unchanged: chat tab showing only System Notifications, Pick area, Test read, Start.
Version 0.4.5 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.4.4 Oct 20, 2026
Fixes the "Only the invariant culture is supported" message that could appear while typing or switching keyboard focus in 0.4.3. No other changes; see 0.4.3 for what's new.
Version 0.4.4 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.4.3 Oct 20, 2026
Gathering mode, and cleaner counting from real chat lines.
- Gathering mode. Pick *Gathering* and the tracker counts nodes instead of kills: any ore, log, Odyle, herb or food line is one node. Tiles become nodes/hr, items/hr, items per node and rare finds/hr (gemstones and Fine/Pure/Radiant tiers). The table shows each material per node and per hour. The 46 gathering materials from the game's item list are built in, so misreads snap to the right name.
- Gathered and dropped are separate tables. Mob drops are rated per kill; gathered materials per node. Each table shows only when it has something.
- Rewards are skipped. Loot you pick up is written name-first (
Spiritstone acquired.); quest, title and box rewards are verb-first (Acquired Artisan's Refining Stone (Bound) x3.) and no longer count. Bound Kinah (Acquired 13,000 Kina (Bound).) is reward money and stays out of Kinah/hr.Title Acquired:lines are ignored. - Soul Points count as kills, not drops.
Obtained 1 Oculazen Soul Points.is a per-kill payout, so it marks a kill and never appears in the drops table. - Only two kinds of farming: Open world and Gathering. Dungeons and raids are out for now: a boss kill prints more loot lines at once than a chat window shows, so they can't be read reliably. The place field is gone too, since the chat doesn't say where you are.
- Kinah value plumbing: when a
prices.jsonis present, sessions show what the loot is worth. No prices ship yet; nothing is valued with made-up numbers.
Setup is unchanged: chat tab showing only System Notifications, Pick area, Test read, Start.
Version 0.4.3 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.4.2 Oct 20, 2026
Fixes from the first real farming session.
- Item drops now count. The game writes item pickups name-first (
Spiritstone acquired.), unlike Kinah (Acquired 520 Kina.). Both forms are read now, including the usual misreads and stack counts (Fresh Fruit x3 acquired.). - Drop %. The per-item column is now the drop rate per kill. Kills are counted from Kinah pickups (one per mob in open-world farming), so no Combat chat filter is needed. Kill lines and experience lines still count when present.
- Bound is gone from the UI. Bound and tradeable Kinah are one total; bound and tradeable copies of an item are one row.
- Stop no longer "closes" the app. Stopping closed the over-game panel and the game took the focus, hiding the window behind it. The window now comes back to the front.
- Misread names snap to known items when the item list is present, so one drop can't become two rows.
- Run history. Every finished run is saved per Windows user to
%LOCALAPPDATA%\KinahLedger\sessions.jsonl(time, activity, Kinah, kills, drops). Open logs at the bottom of the window opens that folder. - Clearer close dialog; minimizing while tracking goes to the tray with a notice, otherwise the window minimizes normally.
Setup: chat tab showing only System Notifications, Pick area, Test read, Start.
Version 0.4.2 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.4.1 Oct 20, 2026
Diagnostics release after the first field test.
- Logs. Every chat line the tracker reads is written to
%LOCALAPPDATA%\KinahLedger\reads.log, markedokwhen it counted as loot, Kinah or a kill and--when it didn't. Unexpected errors go tocrash.login the same folder. Open logs at the bottom of the window opens that folder. If drops aren't counting for you, that file shows the exact wording the game uses so it can be added. - Errors no longer close the app. A problem in the window is reported in a message and logged; tracking continues.
- Item lines now also match "obtained", "looted" and "picked up", a count before the name ("Acquired 3 Iron Ore"), and names in brackets.
- Fixed a thread-safety gap where the drop totals could be read while the reader thread was updating them.
Setup is unchanged: chat tab with System Notifications (tick Combat too for per-kill rates), Pick area, Test read, Start.
Version 0.4.1 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.4.0 Oct 20, 2026
A new window, built for open-world farming.
What's new
- Redesigned app: dark, rounded, drawn controls instead of classic Windows ones, with a dark title bar on Windows 10/11.
- Three numbered steps: set up the chat tab, pick the chat area, start. A live preview shows exactly what the tracker is reading.
- Open world is the default. Type the zone or mobs you're farming; dungeons, expeditions, raids, gathering and events are a dropdown away.
- The numbers that matter for farming: Kinah per hour, Kinah per kill, kills per hour, drops per hour, and a drops table with each item's count, drop rate per kill and drops per hour.
- Kill counting from the chat's kill lines, or from experience lines when kill lines aren't shown.
- Tray icon: minimize to tray, keep tracking, start and stop from the tray menu.
- Ctrl+Shift+K starts and stops tracking from inside the game.
- A redesigned over-game panel: Kinah/hr, kills/hr, drops/hr, Kinah per kill and session totals. Drag it anywhere.
Setup
- In the game's chat settings, add a tab that shows System Notifications. Tick Combat as well if you want drop rates per kill. Play in borderless or windowed mode.
- Run
KinahLedger.exe, press Pick area, drag a box around that tab's text, then Test read. - Choose what you're farming and press Start tracking.
Good to know
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Nothing to install: the .NET runtime is inside the exe, which is why it's about 70 MB.
- Not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may warn the first time: *More info*, then *Run anyway*.
- Sharing runs to the public tables is built in but not live yet; every run stays on your PC for now.
- NCSOFT hasn't approved any third-party tool; use at your own discretion.
Version 0.4.0 on GitHub, with its download and checksums.
Version 0.3.0 Oct 20, 2026
First public build of the Kinah Ledger tracker, an unofficial Aion 2 (global) farming tracker.
What it does: reads the loot lines the game prints in chat ("Acquired 2,790 Kina.", "Acquired Drakan hide ×2.") from the screen, counts them, and shows Kinah and loot per hour in a small panel over the game. Nothing touches the game process, its files or its network traffic.
Setup
- In the game's chat settings, add a tab that shows only System Notifications. Play in borderless or windowed mode.
- Run
KinahLedger.exe, press Pick chat area, and drag a box around that tab's text. - Test read shows what it sees. Choose what you're farming and press Start tracking.
