Aion 2 patch notes: Launch day: Advanced Access ends, Ludra pulled
The eight-hour maintenance that ended Advanced Access and opened Aion 2 to everyone on October 5, with shorter character deletion and longer idle timeouts, and the Ludra raid taken out for rework.
Everything in this update
Dungeons
- The Ludra raid is removed for now: Advanced Access groups cleared it sooner than intended. Ludra gear from Advanced Access is taken back too; it returns, with upgrade materials refunded, when the raid comes back.
Systems
- Advanced Access ends and the full launch begins. Servers were down from 22:00 PDT on Oct 4 (07:00 CEST on Oct 5) for about eight hours.
- Deleting a character takes 24 hours instead of 168, from level 1 instead of 10, and the game waits 3 hours instead of 30 minutes before an idle player goes back to server select.
- During the Hero Quests in Poeta and Ishalgen, a Quest Tracker button teleports you to Verteron or Altgard.
